1. Can there be more than one category of business in a Chapter?

a. No, Only one category per Chapter.

b. If a like candidate has some overlapping services / products and they would like to apply for membership. There must be two members that approve:

i. Chapter Chair

ii. Current members holding the category. With an understanding that they would relinquish certain areas of business to the new potential member. This would mean that both members would have to respect the rules of LBW, Chapter, and each other in order to not cause issues.

2. Can a member be in two chapters?

No, and yet an entity who owns the category can have multiple seats in different chapters with different representation from their company.

3. What happens to my dues if I decide to stop participating or The Chapter chair does not renew or asks me to leave the chapter?

By signing this application and having a fully executed agreement with the Chapter Chairs signature and approval. Members understand that this is a 12 month weekly chapter meeting commitment and either side is able to cancel its membership commitments, and yet the full payment for the year is still obligated to be paid.

4. Do I have to participate in the Introductory Training?

Yes, it is a requirement for all members. It will provide you the proper training and onboarding tools and resources so that you can have immediate access and impact as a member of the community.

5. What happens if I hit my allowed absences for the Chapter?

The Chair of the Chapter or LBW would reach out to you to see if there is anything we can do to make your commitment to the chapter and its members possible. If absences continue. The member would receive a warning of membership guidelines, and or Chapter Chair would have the right to relinquish membership and open it to someone that is able to make the commitment required. That way the chapter and its members can be impacted positively.

6. What if I have an issue with another member?

Notify the Chapter Chair immediately and request for a meeting to discuss and resolve. If not resolved notify LBW Corp. for management to help resolve issue.

7. Can I move from one chapter to another?

Yes, Subject to Chapter Chairs approval from both Chapters.

8. Can a member visit multiple chapters?

Yes, a member in good standing can visit any chapter as frequent as they would like unless the Chapter Chair or competitive category member feels that the impact is intruding and limiting his/her ability to build relationships with other chapter members.
