Meet Cherrie
Cherrie Sacchetti is an intrapreneur turned entrepreneur. She is a pioneer in non-traditional roles, who forged her way piercing the corporate veil to the C-Suite and boards of directors. As an industrial licensed Journeyman Electrician, and maintenance planner she was responsible for all shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages for 10 technical trade groups and external contractors for seven production facilities and ancillary locations. She held 20 years of security clearance through the Bureau of Engraving & Printing
She worked for over 13 years for serial entrepreneur Dr. Don Panoz as his personal assistant, Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff. She was on the Boards of Directors for HydroMentia, Inc., DeltaWing Technology Group, Inc. and Green4U Trademarks, Inc.
Cherrie has over 25 years-experience in a variety of sectors: industrial, environmental, research and development, preventive & predictive maintenance, ISO, OSHA/safety, implementation, training, compliance, IT, marketing, communications, design, strategic planning, business development, project management, paper manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, auto racing, real estate and hospitality industries.
Cherrie founded Victress Group, which focuses on helping founders and CEOs operationalize so they can put money back into their bottom line while navigating from scaling to exit without losing sleep. We do this through our proprietary system and 30+ years of experience helping companies grow, scale & exit. We provide fractional COO services, business development, process improvement to increase operational efficiency, sales and profitability and strategic operations management services to drive business growth.
As a veteran industrial executive leader, she was pivotal in developing a seasoned team that has launched a new international electric vehicle brand. In tandem, worked with a global leader in real estate energy efficiency expand their services from solely focusing on hotels to expansion to global health care sectors, international government buildings, smart cities, larger real estate and plans to expand to the U.S.

A native of Massachusetts and graduate of the University of Phoenix. Ms. Sacchetti’s philanthropic activities include two decades serving youth development programs.
