Lisa Prusak, MA, SHRM-SCP, applies expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to solving your company’s issues. A graduate of University of Houston Clear Lake, with a Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Lisa began her new consulting career (2014) at Access Sciences as an Intern. Within ten (10) months she received 3 promotions and became a Senior Consultant in Change Management. She oversaw projects with BP, Haliburton, Exxon, and University of Houston to name a few. During her time with Access Sciences, Lisa assisted the company in achieving a restructure of their organization by working on a team to redesign the career ladders, adding an additional vertical and building a new Learning Management System (LMS) from scratch and designing, writing, and implementing a training and development system for all levels in the organization. In addition, she created a training and user manual for the company’s Global ERP System, as well as revamping their recruiting, hiring, and onboarding programs.
Lisa is a former Founder and CEO of a non-profit organization in the Northeast Houston (circa 1999) area that provides supports and services to children and adults with disabilities and their families. Along with other parents of children with disabilities, Lisa designed and oversaw the essential community programs that are still in place and serving people over 20 years later. This organization grew from a grassroots organization to over $6 million dollars in a few short years. Named the premiere program for people with disabilities in the State of Texas by the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). The crowning achievement was building the first Section 811 housing for people with developmental disabilities in the state of Texas. (Collaboration with HUD and MHMRA). Most recently, Lisa spent the last five years as a CEO of a Specialty Chemical Manufacturing company in the Houston, Texas area. She took the 29-year-old company and built a new foundation and structure for the company to grow and thrive. She used her advanced knowledge of organizations to create a new foundation, Senior Leadership Team, created and grew the social media presence (including a brand-new website) and a new global distribution network, as well as oversaw and grew the ISO Certification programs at the organization (ISO 17025/17034/17043). The company’s well-known quality and customer service were acknowledged, and the team prospered under her leadership.
Today, Lisa as the CEO of Redstone Business Consulting Group, specializes in working with companies in the fields of Assessment (Behavioral/Personality), Facilitation, Foundation Building, Human Capital, Talent Optimization, Strategic Planning, Operations, Acquisition and implementation of new technology, M&A, Facilities Management (5S and Kaizen), and Leadership Development and Coaching.
