1. Application Fee $99 will be collected right after submission of the form
2. Monthly Membership Dues (12 month commitment)
3. Monthly $240 + $6 processing fee for use of credit card and $240 + $1 processing fee for use of ACH
4. Payments will be submitted to LBW and will automatically set as a recurring payment.

1. Candidate / Prospective members must have a sponsor by a member of LBW. Prospective members must complete this application and submit it to the Membership Coordinator of the Chapter for review. 
2. The Membership Coordinator and Chapter Leadership team will review your application and inform you of your acceptance or non-acceptance after a formal interview has been accomplished in person or via zoom. 
3. The Membership Coordinator will notify the President when the communication of approval or denial has been sent. 
4. The President announces new members at the chapter meeting following acceptance by the Membership / Leadership team and receipt of payment. 
5. Payment will be submitted at the time of approval. 
6. New members will receive a welcome letter from our CEO and an onboarding package upon joining their first official Chapter meeting. 
7. Upon acceptance, you are required to register for the next Introductory training and onboarding. During the member's participation, it is NOT required to attend the chapter meeting during the Introductory Training.

Attendance:

1. The Member agrees to attend all scheduled meetings. 
2. Be on time for all meetings
a. 3 late or leaving early from a meeting is the equivalent of missing 1 meeting 
b. 3 absences are allowed for a rolling 6 months
c. 3 substitutes are allowed for a rolling 6 months

Absence Procedures:

1. Notify the Chapter Chair (Leader) or person delegated by the Chapter Chair
2. Please find a substitute to attend in your place and notify the Chapter Chair (Leader) or their delegate at least 24 hours in advance.

Medical Leave:

1. Medical Leave is approved only by the Chair and Membership Coordinator

Be a Contribution:

Members agree to be a contribution for the betterment of the Chapter and ALL the other Members by:

1. Following the Code of Ethics
2. Actively Participating in All Chapter Meetings
3. Actively Refer Business to other Chapter Members
4. Actively participate in H2H's (One on One's - get to know you) 
5. Actively participate in bringing Members that are within your "Inner 12" in the "Spiderweb™" Power Team (Your sphere of influence and core group)
6. Be Ethical in all you do and say.

Upon acceptance and approval to LBW and your Chapter of choice, I agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics during the tenure of my participation in the LBW organization.

1. I will provide proper communication to members and their referrals.
2. I will honor and respect all parties in a chapter, referral, or members of any collaboration within LBW.
3. I will participate with the intention of being of service to members of the LBW Chapter and the LBW community.
4. I will take responsibility for following up on any opportunity provided to me so that I ensure to make my fellow member look good and not have any negative impact on them or their business.
5. I will abide by the core rules of LBW (1. It's not about you. It's about the person speaking, 2. Be Patient 3. Trust the Process)
6. I will follow the standard of LBW and the standards of the company I represent.

By submitting this Member Application, you agree to receive and submit any communications from or relating to LBW (Landing Big Whales), and agree that LBW may share your information and any other information and material you provide with other LBW members, LBW affiliates, vendors, and third parties in order to provide you services as an LBW member. 

As a part of the membership application process for Landing Big Whales (LBW), I acknowledge and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed or made available to me, including but not limited to marketing materials, agendas, the LBW meeting process, and discussions among members, which are deemed confidential and proprietary to LBW. I understand that LBW, including its trademarks and copywrite, logos, and registered items, is the exclusive property of LBW, and I shall not use or disclose such intellectual property without prior written consent. Furthermore, I agree to keep confidential any discussions, ideas, or information shared by other LBW members during meetings and events. I understand that any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in legal action and seek injunctive relief. By submitting this application, I affirm my commitment to upholding the principles of confidentiality and non-disclosure outlined herein.

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the member’s participation in LBW shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the members' LBW Chapter is located. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. 

The clause encompasses any and all disputes involving LBW or its successors and or assigns, Founders, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, as well as members, provided that the disputes pertain to membership or participation in LBW. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving LBW, its Founders, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in LBW or any LBW affiliate or partnership, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of the annual membership fee paid by you for membership in LBW. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. 

No actions hereunder may be commenced unless brought within one (1) year of accrual. TERM. All term fees are measured from the application date. Applications dated between the 1st and the 15th of the month shall begin their term on the 1st of the month. Applications dated after the 15th of the month shall begin their term on the 1st of the following month. Terms run one (1) year from the date the term begins. (You currently have the ability to pay monthly for the year, signing the contract is a commitment for a year at a time. If a member decides to resign or is asked to leave a chapter. it is understood that the full payment of the year is still obligated to be paid by the member).

CERTIFICATION. I now declare and certify that all statements contained in this application and any accompanying documents are true and correct and that any misrepresentation or false statement may be grounds for rejecting my application or, if discovered after my application has been accepted, subject me to immediate termination at Chairs or LBW’s discretion without any reimbursement. I further understand that my membership is conditional and I agree, accept, and will abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein and those contained within the LBW Membership Standards, Code of Ethics, Guidelines, and Code of Ethics, all of which I have had the opportunity to review upon request or received upon induction. I acknowledge that a breach of these terms, conditions, and policies shall be grounds for terminating my membership. 

All Rights and Trademarks of the Spiderweb Effect™, Introductory Training and Chapter Structures are owned and reserved by Redstone Business Holdings and Jason Jimenez and the use is being licensed to LBW by Redstone Holdings and Jason Jimenez. Any utilization or distribution of any of the content must be authorized in advance and in writing by Jason Jimenez.
